Mihai Lamba
Head of Estate Management
Mihai Lamba leads the estate management team at BPM, with a hands-on approach to overseeing day-to-day operations across all properties. A NEBOSH qualified, certified member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), Mihai combines expert technical knowledge with a passion for safety and efficiency. His exceptional understanding of building construction allows him to manage even the most complex estates with confidence and precision. Mihai’s attention to detail and proactive management style ensures that every site runs smoothly, leaving clients and residents with peace of mind.

Charles Holden is BPM’s expert in environmental and sustainability practices. As a proud member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), Charles brings deep knowledge of ESG principles to the company. Senior Property Manager
Ruth Perry is a Senior Property Manager at BPM with over 20 years of experience in residential block management. A certified Member of The Property Institute (MTPI), Ruth has led the management of complex, high-end developments across London, including for major clients such as the Berkeley Group. Her approach blends operational rigour with a genuine focus on resident experience, informed by her background in the arts and a talent for detail. Ruth is known for her calm, compassionate leadership style and ability to foster strong relationships with clients and residents alike. Her commitment to service excellence makes her an integral part of BPM’s team and a trusted partner on every development she manages.
