Financial Management
Your property’s financial health is in safe hands. We manage service charge funds in secure trust accounts in full compliance with regulatory standards and are proud members of the RICS Client Money Protection scheme. Our team prepares accurate budgets, delivers precise year-end accounts, and ensures timely and effective arrears collection. With clear quarterly financial reports, you’ll always have full visibility and confidence in your building’s finances. Our role is to support you in ensuring all actions are properly documented, programmed, and acted upon by suitably qualified parties.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors regulates BPM Limited on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the purposes of General Insurance Distribution Activities. As such, BPM Limited is included on the FCA’s public register.
